Karen Skolnik is a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients recover from injuries and prevent future ones. At Good Life Physical Therapy in Tarrytown, NY, she provides personalized, one-on-one care that combines movement techniques with patient education to promote lasting healing and well-being.

When she's not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. She is passionate about running, playing tennis and skiing. Karen also loves to travel, see live music, and enjoy delicious food. Her active lifestyle helps her empathize with patients and understand the importance of full recovery and remaining pain-free.


Karen spent most of her childhood in New Jersey.
