What is a session with Dr. Kokoros like?
Each session with Dr. Kokoros is tailored to the individual's needs and goals. Pamela’s goal is to get to know her patients and their lifestyles in order to work together, make modifications, or implement specific individualized strategies to decrease their pain and improve their ability to participate fully in their favorite parts of life. She starts her sessions with a chance to discuss your symptoms and concerns. After adjusting the plan she prepared in advance for you to address any new developments, she will guide you through a thoughtfully selected, comprehensive movement program that encourages proper muscle engagement and promotes stability and endurance. You will return to the massage table to get hands-on manual therapy, including myofascial release and joint mobilizations, to address tightness, pain, or restrictions in movement. Education about your condition, movement, and self-care strategies are provided at every session. Throughout your rehabilitation journey, she ensures you feel supported, informed, and motivated.

Testimonials
“Pamela is a very knowledgeable and personable/supportive physical therapist. She did a very thorough evaluation when we started working together and really listened to my concerns and goals in order to customize a program to quickly alleviate the tightness and discomfort. I felt a lot better in just a few sessions. The beautiful office with the amazing views is an added bonus. I love working with Pamela in this patient-friendly practice and will definitely recommend her!” - VF
“Good-Life was a game changer for me and my neck pain and related issues. I tried one of the national chain PT in network providers first and it was night and day with respect to the level of care and one-on-one attention you get at GoodLife. You are not doing stretches in the corner while they work on other clients, which many PTs will do. They are worth every penny. Pamela is a true healer and gives you full one-on-one attention for the full hour. I would not be in the functional state I am in if it weren't for Pamela. Highly highly recommend Pamela and Good-Life in general!” - JL
“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
“I made the decision to become a physical therapist after injuring my quadriceps muscles during a race. I experienced my first pain free marathon after participating in physical therapy. After seeing first hand what physical therapy could do and how effortless running became with my PT’s guidance, I decided this was what I wanted to give other people.”
