Personal Training
One-on-one training with a licensed physical therapist focused on helping you build strength, improve function, and stay injury-free.
What Is it?
At Good Life, a part of each treatment is designed to focus on your functional strength. Your physical therapist will guide you through exercises chosen for you and your goals. With a focus on injury recovery, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance you will find yourself getting stronger and more confident with regular sessions. Whether your goal is strength, endurance, balance, or mobility, we create customized fitness programs to help you move well, feel strong, and stay healthy — inside and outside the clinic.
Our Approach
Our programs are designed and delivered by the highest level of movement experts: Doctors of Physical Therapy. We begin with a movement assessment, then create a plan around your goals focused on strength, balance, endurance, or athletic performance. Whether you're training post-injury or for general health, your sessions are completely customized to your needs.

What Can I Expect

You’ll feel supported whether you’re new to exercise or an experienced athlete. You will get one-on-one direction for every movement throughout the session and will learn how and why to adjust your form, weights, or whole routine for better health and reduced risk of injury.

Additional FAQs
How is this different from a gym personal trainer?
Our personal training is guided by physical therapists who understand injury risk, rehab, and movement mechanics. Personal trainers know how to work with healthy bodies in large groups - we are the experts you need if you have current or chronic injuries and want to work out safely in a one-on-one setting.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all! We meet you where you are and create a plan based on your goals and current ability.
